I started my real estate career in 2005 and have earned the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation. My experience covers all aspects of residential real estate including golf course communities, gated communities, waterfront properties, as well as low-rise and high-rise condominiums. I am also experienced in selling and listing Short Sale and Foreclosure properties.
I have been recognized and awarded with the Gulfshore Life Magazine “Five Star Real Estate Award” in 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011; an award that only 7% of the areas real estate agents qualify for. Additionally, I have also been recognized by the American Real Estate University as a “Foreclosure REO Specialist”. This designation requires an intensive course of study and examination to complete, and less than one percent of all real estate licensees have earned this recognition.
Prior to my career in real estate, I worked with UPS for 28 years, and retired early in 2000. My career at UPS allowed me to work in a variety of management positions throughout the company in such areas as Operations, Engineering, Human Recourses, Regulatory Compliance, and more. After relocating to Florida in 2004, I started my career in Real Estate so I could utilize my experience in working with people and outside agencies to help others in buying or selling their homes.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed vacationing in the Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva Island areas, and once I retired, Florida was a perfect place to call home. Since starting my career in real estate, it has been very satisfying to see the look on people’s faces when they are able to achieve their real estate goals, whether they are the buyers or sellers.
